This one-bedroom ADU gives you the quiet of a standalone cottage with the security of a lockable door between you and the main house — your space, your entrance, your 24-hour digital access. The bedroom closet holds the washer, dryer, and fresh towels and sheets, so you're never short on anything. Slide the back door open to a small patio with a table for two — perfect for coffee or a glass of wine. Guests love the walkable park nearby, and Prairie Shopping Center is minutes away with Panera, Starbucks, Hayden Cinema, and Kohl's. Walmart and Triple Play in Hayden are just as close. No pets on this one, but everything else about it says come stay.

Guests have the entire ADU suite to themselves with its own entrance and bathroom. Park in the driveway, settle in, and enjoy Coeur d'Alene from your own little corner of it.
Victor Loop is a quiet residential pocket on the north side of Coeur d'Alene, where evenings are calm and the streets are easy to walk. A neighborhood park is close enough to stroll to, and shopping, coffee, dining, and a movie theater are just a few minutes' drive away. When you're ready to explore, downtown Coeur d'Alene and the lake are an easy drive, so you get a peaceful home base with everything you need nearby.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to keep evenings calm and be good neighbors. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no pets, please. The ADU sleeps up to 2 guests.
Park in the driveway, then head to the right side of the house and through the side gate, and you'll find your private entrance to the ADU. The door has a keypad lock, and your personal code arrives in the app before your stay, so getting in is easy any time of day or night. The whole ADU is yours, and a double-sided locked door keeps it separate from the main house.
Check-in is self-serve, so you can arrive on your own schedule and settle in without waiting on anyone. We'll send everything you need before your stay, including directions to the side-gate entrance and your door code. During your stay the space is all yours, and we're just a message away through the app if you have a question, need a recommendation, or something isn't right. We reply quickly and are happy to help however we can.
The ADU comes fully furnished, with a comfortable bedroom, fresh sheets and towels, and a washer and dryer tucked into the bedroom closet. The full kitchen has the basics for cooking real meals, plus bar seating, and there's a smart TV for your streaming apps and fast wifi. Parking is right in the driveway, and a small back patio with a table for two rounds it out.
