We prioritize giving our guests plenty of space and privacy while remaining highly responsive. This is a self-check-in property, so you can arrive and settle in on your own schedule. You’ll receive your unique door code and a detailed digital guidebook (with restaurant recommendations, local activities, hiking tips, and more) before you arrive.
This is a fully private, detached ADU with its own dedicated entrance on East Hazel Ave — completely separate from the main house.
A few helpful notes for your stay:
• Stairs lead from the entry to the spacious upper-level living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms.
• One bedroom features fun house-shaped bunk beds (perfect for kids or families).
• Full-size LG washer and dryer are located right inside the master bedroom for ultimate convenience.
• The lower level offers a flexible apartment-style suite with a sofa bed, kitchenette, TV, and its own private full bathroom — great for extra privacy or guests.
• Quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood — please keep noise to a respectful level after 10:00 PM.
• Self check-in with smart lock (detailed instructions and code sent the day before arrival).
• High-speed WiFi, smart TV with streaming, central heating & air conditioning, and starter supplies of coffee, toiletries, paper goods, and trash bags provided.
• No smoking inside or on the deck. We’re happy to accommodate most travel styles — just message us with any special requests!
