August 2026David is a great host! He answered questions quickly and was extremely amenable. He didn't bat an eye that I was bringing five young adults to stay and the house was tailor made for them and our needs, the nintendo/90s vibe was super fun. The place is quaint, cozy, and had everything you needed. Beds were comfy and living room was spacious. Kitchen is small but functional, we cooked our meals there easily. It's super close to Silverwood and downtown Couer d'alene- we had a blast.

We came to celebrate my birthday with my husband, siblings, kids, and our dog and everyone had a great time. The location was great and the home had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay.

June 2026Great location just a 10 minute walk to Sherman Avenue. Enough distance that it is really peaceful and 2 grocery stores a block away! Perfect for kids and the arcade games are a nice addition!

June 2026Surprised by the lack of privacy in the living room and bunk bed room. The blinds don’t fully cover the windows and some windows don’t lock. Also the bunk beds and pillows were uncomfortable and there was so much light in the room in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked but very small. The place was fine but I wouldn’t stay again for that cost.

June 2026Fun place! Loved the 90s decor and my kids loved the arcade games. Quick drive to downtown attractions. Main room had lots of space and seating so we were able to comfortably do movie nights together.

June 2026We stayed at this Airbnb instead of a hotel and found it to be very roomy for our family. Check-in was easy, and the instructions provided were clear and helpful. The first thing I noticed was how warm it was inside. There is only a single swamp cooler located in the living room. My daughter was unable to sleep in her bedroom because it was too hot, and my husband and I had to tough it out in the other room. The other issue worth mentioning is privacy. The living room windows are fully see-through. The blinds on the window next to the front door are too short, the swamp cooler prevents the blinds on the second window from closing completely, and there is also a second door with a window in it. We are fairly private people and weren't comfortable until we found ways to cover all of these areas. Lastly, the host was very accommodating and responsive whenever we needed anything. Overall, we thought this was a great place to stay for the price we paid.

May 2026Overall, David's place was what we expected for a good deal. He was also great with communication and setting expectations for the home rules. The queen bed was comfortable and we slept great after a long day of driving. Living room was large and comfortable as well. The kids loved the video games! While the house had been cleaned before our arrival, it could use with a deeper clean. The inside of the coffee maker was dirty, the baseboards were dusty and the white towels (while clean) had stains. The trash cans were overflowing when we arrived, made for a smelly entrance area outside. Not certain we would stay here again, but when in a pinch this placed worked out well for us.

April 2026it's a fine place but I travel very long extended periods for work and I cook so I don't eat fast food all the time and there's very limited kitchen gadgets and pots and pans. Very shallow kitchen sink, like in a motor home or small trailer. there's room for a full size full depth sink. everything was great unless you want to cook and clean up after you cook

December 2025This place was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own bed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was a bit smaller than we expected, and we could've used a few more pots and pans, but we ended up eating out a bit more than planned. The arcade machines and the 90’s artwork really gave the place a fun, nostalgic vibe. We had a great time!

November 2025We loved out stay at David's place. We had four teens with us and though they reported their bunk mattresses were quite uncomfortable and hard, though they slept well. We appreciated the easy location and the cleanliness of the whole place too. Perfect spot for a quick family trip to Silverwood/Scarywood!
