4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date to be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

• Users assume all risks associated with their travel and stay, and bookcda.com is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred.
