2 Bathrooms Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Cozy 1930's home with all the modern conveniences located in a quiet family neighborhood. Featuring 4 bedrooms & 1.5 baths, this house sleeps 10 comfortably with four queen beds and two twin beds all with 100% cotton linens. Large eat-in kitchen and fully stocked for the chef in the family. There is a front deck for relaxing, a BBQ, and a picnic table in the large (fully-fenced) back yard.

May 2026Excellent property! Clean, comfortable, fits a large family including the furry members. The fully fenced back yard is rare - and very welcome. Convenient to downtown CDA with restaurants and services but far enough to be quiet. Rapid access to walking and biking and the lake. Definitely a welcome retreat for our long weekend.

May 2026David was great with communication and quick responses also was very generous with allowing me a hour extra for check out . Had a ton of amenities and yard was bigger than I expected which was great . The price was amazing for the location and size of home . Would definitely stay again .

October 2025Two nights of peaceful rest for a group of 9. House clean and charming. The bedding and towels were great it felt like a hotel. There were so many thoughtful details to make guests comfortable. The rules were clear and sane. Easiest checkout I’ve ever experienced.

September 2025Our stay at this home was fantastic. It was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking space for our large family and great communication with host. They were proactive and offered late check out for an additional fee. After a long day at silverwood, we needed a slower morning and had plenty of time to get rest, go on a walk, and make breakfast. Will definitely be staying again.

September 2025Needed a last minute place to stay with dogs due to another spot cancelling and David and his spacious, well-located home came to the rescue! The home is exactly as described and had a great yard for our dogs to romp around in. We were very happy with this stay.

August 2025We were able to easily sleep 4 adults and 5 kids. It only has one tub/shower combo on the main floor next to a bedroom. It has a sink and toilet down with the basement bedrooms but we knew that and with planning we managed just fine. The bathroom smelled a bit musty. The washer and dryer came in handy. The kids really liked sleeping in the bonus area upstairs. Those stairs were a bit steep and small for an adult foot but kids did ok. The location was great. Overall, we were very happy.

August 2025It’s the small things that make a big difference to me like extra time spent to make sure there was extra towels and blankets and small stuff like good toilet paper (not the cheap stuff ).
