2 Bathrooms Sleeps 14 in a combined upstairs and downstairs home with two full kitchens and two laundry rooms - a short walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene (about 0.7 miles to Sherman Ave). Recently updated. American-history decor appears throughout and may vary seasonally. Large unfenced 0.33-acre lot; kids and pets are welcome outdoors on leash. Close to Silverwood, the lake, and Tubbs Hill.
This home is bigger than it looks! A finished basement allows two families to stay, or kids downstairs and adults upstairs.
Both living rooms have comfortable sofa beds, ideal for extra guests. The main upstairs bedroom features a queen bed, while the adjoining kids' room has a bed with a trundle - all made up and ready to go.
The spacious living areas offer plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV. The two kitchens and eating areas have everything you need to prepare meals, and the large unfenced backyard provides space for outdoor activities.
We are 0.7 miles from downtown Sherman Ave and only about 50 yards from a small supermarket and a convenience store. You'll have quick access to restaurants, shops, and scenic Lake Coeur d'Alene.
Pets allowed. The yard is not fenced; please leash pets outdoors.
Security: Smart lock with a unique code for each group, sent 24 hours before arrival. Check in any time after 4:00 PM.
Parking: Street parking in front of the house and the small driveway behind it (NO parking on Hastings Street).

August 2026We came for silverwood with two families and the house accommodated our needs for three nights. David was very responsive and check in and out were very clear and easy. Extra perk was there were two sets of washers and dryers which was great for making sure our beach towels and swim suits were dry for the next day.

The theme of the rental changed between our booking and arriving dates but David was very responsive as our kids were very excited to play some retro video game systems and he brought them by for us to enjoy during our stay. Would recommend his place!

August 2025This property was amazing! Or should I say totally rad! The fun 90’s decor made our vacation extra special (especially as a family that quotes movies all the time). The location was wonderful, and centrally located. It was clean, welcoming, well kept, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. It wasn’t too far from stores or restaurants and easy to find from traveling on the interstate. This house was certainly a highlight to our amazing trip. It was just a quick 20 minute drive to Silverwood, which was a big bonus! When it comes to this property and the host, I definitely say “the dude abides”!

August 2025Our group really enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean. The amenities were great. The kitchen is stocked for easy cooking/eating in, they provide laundry soap, dish soap, 2 washers/dryers, shampoo/conditioner etc. WiFi worked great, the mini splits kept the house nice and cool. The kids in our group loved the game systems! They even beat the simpsons game. Everything was great! We would stay here again.
