You will never run out of fun activities while staying at this house. We constantly refresh the board games and yard games. Large yard with Corn hole, fire pit, BBQ, and more! Your hosts are only minutes away if you need anything or have questions. High-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and 2 vintage arcade games are provided. Hablo español.
The thing you will love about this home is that there are so many living areas. The house can feel private enough, even with a large group. There is a swing set in the backyard which you can use.
This neighborhood features a quiet atmosphere with huge pine trees.
Guests are required to wash all used dishes when checking out. If dishes are left dirty we charge $50 for dish service.
Trash cans are provided all over the property, if trash is left outside the trash cans we will add a $50 clean-up charge.
PETS:
We love pets, but if you bring a pet into the house for any part of the trip, you must pay our very affordable pet fee, otherwise, you will be billed 2x the normal pet fee.
Dog waste bags are provided, if pet waste is found in the yard, we charge an extra $50 for pet waste clean-up.
You can park in the driveway or on the right side of the house. There is room for 3 cars to park without blocking each other, or 6 cars if you make two rows without using the street.

The kids absolutely loved the three-bed room upstairs and being “on their own.” The dads enjoyed the arcade games and the moms appreciated the comfy beds. Thanks for the great stay! We already decided we’d book this place again if we find ourselves in the area with a big group!

The provided games really leveled up the experience—the kids were entertained the entire time, which made it a relaxing trip for the parents too. 10/10 experience!

December 2025David was a responsive accommodating host. They got right in fixing a broken faucet. House was very clean. I bought extra washcloths as those seemed to be in minutes supply. The kitchen is not well stocked as far as pans and seasonings so we left a few items behind for the next guest. Some guests were disappointed that there wasn't a foosball (sp?) Coffee table as was pictured but the guests loved the video games. House is large with an intersting layout but perfect for our large family gathering. Beds were comfy and location was great. Thank you!

October 2025This place was perfect for our cousin gathering. We had plenty of space to gather and visit and enjoy our time together. We were only able to stay one night but the money we saved over staying in hotel rooms for our short stay was perfect. We didn’t have any children with us but it would have been very kid and family friendly. I especially appreciated the communication with the owner right through checkout. We would definitely use again.

August 2025We stayed here with 13 girls and the house had plenty of space, which was great for a large group. The upstairs was comfortable and having two kitchens was very convenient. However, the listing advertised AC, but only a few window units were provided—fine in the 70s/80s, but hotter weather would be tough. The basement had a musty smell, the bathroom showed some mold buildup, and the water from the sinks/showers downstairs had an odd odor. We also noticed dust, pet hair, and trash when rearranging furniture, suggesting some areas hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. We asked about early check-in but were told it wasn’t possible due to cleaning; however, when we arrived, 30 minutes prior to check-in, no one was there cleaning (waited in the driveway until check in time). On the positive side, when we left items behind, the host quickly reached out to return them, which we appreciated. Overall, it worked for our group, but the property could use updates and deeper cleaning.
